IAEA/JICC/WERC Mentoring Course in Japan

<Outline>
WERC cooperates with IAEA and co-host international training course. One of those training course is named “IAEA/JICC/WERC Mentoring Course in Japan”.
The purpose of this mentoring course is to provide prospective future leaders of nuclear power programs in IAEA Member States with an overall understanding of the factors that are needed in order to have a safe, secure and sustainable nuclear power program.
The “Milestones” approach toward the development of a national infrastructure for Nuclear Power (as described in IAEA Nuclear Energy Series No. NG-G-3.1) will be used as the foundation for the information provided through this course.
Curriculum of the course focuses on the technical visit of Japan’s variety of nuclear rerated facilities.
